Puja Dedhia is a mental health practitioner and has completed her M.A.in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University, Churchgate. With over 7 years of experience, she works with adults navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns — including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, work-life balance, trauma, life transitions, and queer identity.

Her approach to therapy is integrative, grounded in trauma-informed and queer-affirmative frameworks. She has received dedicated training in both areas and has completed an experiential course in Gestalt Therapy. Puja also draws from person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative practices, and culturally sensitive approaches, tailoring each session to the individual’s unique needs and context.

At the heart of her practice is a deep respect for her clients’ lived realities. She offers a non-judgmental and nurturing space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. Her work is characterized by empathy, attentiveness, and a commitment to creating safe spaces. Puja believes that therapy is not about fixing but about building awareness, resilience, and a stronger connection to oneself. She is passionate about walking alongside her clients in their journey of healing, self-understanding, and growth.
